My stay at Plava Laguna exceeded all expectations, from the moment I entered and was warmly welcomed by the staff to the exceptional service throughout. The QR code in the room for requests made everything convenient, like when they promptly brought me extra towels and sheets. The gym and spa facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym for personal workouts and a serene spa area with ample towels available. The private beach was a delight, and the close proximity to Buffet Aurora made dining out easy and enjoyable.
